REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Requesting a return
Our return-request window is 30 days from purchase. To request a return, email contact@majikproducts.com with your order number and reason for the request. Please contact us before shipping anything back.
Return eligibility
For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, unopened, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Opened or used personal-care products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds unless the offer states otherwise. These conditions do not limit remedies for defective or incorrect goods or rights under applicable law.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number, a description of the problem, and photos of the product and packaging. Keep the packaging while the issue is reviewed.
We will review the issue and explain the available remedy, which may include replacement or refund. Please do not send products directly to a manufacturer or fulfillment warehouse without instructions.
Return shipping
We will provide the correct return address and instructions after reviewing your request. Customers ordinarily pay shipping for approved change-of-mind returns; we will explain charges before you send the item.
For an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, we will explain how return shipping or another remedy will be handled. Applicable consumer rights take priority.
Refunds
After an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
If a refund has not appeared, check with your payment provider and contact us with your order number.
Cancellations and separate orders
Contact us promptly to request cancellation. An order may not be cancellable once processing or fulfillment begins.
WooCommerce and Shopify purchases may have separate order numbers and shipments. Include the relevant order number with each request.
